Doextra’s delivery process is simple. Our focus is to deliver a world-class salesforce solution to our clients. Much like our evaluation process our clients are the center of our process. Working together as a team is what we do.
In our initial meeting, we strive to understand your business challenges while we align with your team. This allows us to paint a picture of where you are today, and where you wish to be.
During clarification, we conduct a deeper dive of your business processes, technology needs, and project approach. We do this through a guided process with our technical resources and subject matter experts from your organization.
Our creation phase focuses on estimating your project. During this phase Doextra’s key technical resources map a solution for project success based on the information gathered during scoping.
Doextra will validate our understanding of your challenges and needs, share our project methodology, and present our proposal to include scope, timeline, and investment. Once verified, we will deliver a Statement of Work for final approval.
Confirmation of the project is key. Doextra begins our project delivery with a Project Kickoff Meeting. This meeting includes the entire core project team with a goal of discussing project expectations, processes and project success.
Doextra’s takes a 5-step approach to deliver a world class Salesforce experience. Our goal is to design your org, build out the functionality, demo our progress, request feedback and make any necessary adjustments for successful deployment. We deliver that approach iteratively, throughout the project.
Our team manages your project closely. We ensure that all stakeholders are kept up to speed with progress and overall project health. Doextra prides itself on being an extension of your team. We want you to find success through the proper use of technology.
Making the project a reality. We deploy your Salesforce solution into production, support you through user acceptance testing, and user training.
